1:1 SOUNDBOARD SESSIONS

where your reality & your vision move together

You’re my favorite type of person.

You notice things.

The distinct curvature of a familiar voice, the way your chest opens when a song you love starts to take over your whole body, the rhythm of having your hands in sudsy spaghetti water after feeding your family dinner.

You know that a life isn’t built on milestones but on the way you greet each morning and all of the tiny, in-between moments.

And you let these moments mean something… in fact, you let them mean everything. It’s this penchant for the little things that gives you a cascade of ideas, a sparkling vision, a heartbeat in your art… the swirling magic inside of you that you know the rest of the world needs more of.

You’re making moves with your eyes wide open, finding that there’s nothing more miraculous than the moment right in front of you.

And, you refuse to trade that away. Not for productivity, not for pressure, not even for your biggest dreams.

You won’t let your vision or goals crush the magic. And, you won’t settle for a life full of small moments that aren’t connected to something bigger.

You’re here to keep your finger on the pulse and translate that wonder into something magnificent.

But… (shit, here it comes)… wonder-filled ideas don’t typically arrive with a neat, step-by-step manual of how to get them out of your head and into the world. Instead, you’re hit like a freaking tidal wave, all at once, and then left trying to make sense of it all.

When there’s no structure, everything is important. And, when it’s all important, you start to feel stuck. You don’t know what to focus on. You question whether or not you’re working on the right things. You feel like you’re working all of the time with nothing to show for it.

A post half-written.
A tab open.
An idea started.
Another one waiting in the wings.

Your days slip to evening and your head is half-cocked looking at your project scope wondering what the hell you’re even doing…?

This isn’t a you problem. You’re not lazy or irresponsible or undisciplined…

You’re someone with range, depth, and a beautiful, non-linear mind.

You’re a creative.

All of that tidal wave energy inside of you doesn’t need to be forced into form…

It just needs a channel to move through. A little direction. A way to help it flow with greater ease.

This is where we take everything living inside your head—ideas, half-starts, instincts, and energy—and give it a place to land.

Sometimes that looks like implementing a system you’ll actually use.
Sometimes it’s talking through an idea until it clicks.
Sometimes it’s cutting through the noise and deciding what actually matters right now.

Together, we’ll create greater structure, clarity, and momentum… without losing the magic along the way.

LET’S TAKE THE
CREATIVE PROCESS FROM

scattered → focused

stuck → moving

overwhelming → clear

second guessing → self-trust

CLIENT EXPERIENCES

  • A woman with long wavy light brown hair, sitting cross-legged on a black chair with a cane woven seat, smiling at the camera against a plain light gray background.

"I worked with Kara at the early stages of my startup, and she was a grounding force in a very high-growth, high-change environment. She has a rare ability to bring structure, clarity, and follow-through when things are moving quickly and priorities are constantly shifting. She is incredibly organized and thoughtful in how she supports and has been someone I can fully trust to make the day-to-day feel more manageable while still keeping things moving, which is invaluable in a startup setting."

  • "Kara was a wonderful mentor and guide for this season of my life and business. She puts her full self into everything she does while remaining soft and open to what life shows her, and this container reflected that. This container felt so gentle, permission-giving, and like a big sigh of relief - reminding me that I don't have to do it all, that I can trust in my knowing and flow where my joy is going. Her energy is so welcoming, warm, sweet, while also sharp and clear when it needs to be. It was so helpful to have a sounding board and someone to run ideas by when I felt stuck or unsure. Thank you Kara for your vibrancy, your trust, your razor-sharp vision, and for being a constant support for me in business and beyond!"

MEET KARA

I could tell you about the fifteen+ years I’ve spent working alongside CEOs, creatives, and leaders bringing their ideas to life. That I understand both the structure and the spirit it takes to turn a vision into reality. That my background in operations and administration means I have the behind-the-scenes skills that help things actually happen.

But, here’s the real reason I’m the right person for the job…

My life has never been about chasing more, faster, better. Instead of trying to top a corporate ladder, I have a due North that has continually pointed me toward play, peace, and presence at every turn. Even when it’s made zero sense, I’ve honored those three things above all else. And, when those priorities have been threatened, I’ve quit jobs, I’ve pivoted more times than I can count, and I’ve moved slow until the next steps have become obvious. And, perhaps most importantly, I’ve deeply enjoyed the process along the way.

So, it’s not just that I know how to make things move… It’s that I know how to let them.

Here’s what I’ve learned and what I want you to know in your bones: productivity and presence aren’t enemies… they are allies.

You can hustle after the big vision and miss what’s right in front of you. You can soak up your life but let your goals gather dust. Or… you can let the richness of your everyday guide your next move, in ways you couldn’t perfectly plan or force.

That third one… that’s what I’m all about.
